How fast will my hats arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished hats ship in about 2 weeks. Woven labels and custom patches add a few days because they are made before the hats are assembled.

Which fabric should I choose?

Cotton twill for a classic hat that holds its brim. Ripstop when it has to pack and dry fast. Terry and corduroy when the fabric is the design and branding stays small. Denim when it needs to take a beating.

Which decoration method is best?

It depends on the fabric, not the artwork. Embroidery on twill and denim, woven labels on terry, ripstop and corduroy, patches when a mark has more detail than stitching can hold, print for large graphics.

Can you put a design across the brim?

A small wordmark along the brim edge works well. A large mark does not — the curve distorts it and the panel seam interrupts it. We will show you that at proof stage rather than after production.

What sizes do bucket hats come in?

S/M and L/XL covers most adult orders, and one-size with an internal drawcord works for giveaways. Children's hats size in bands by head circumference, and we send a measurement chart rather than an age guide.

Do you redraw logos?

Yes, free. Send whatever file you have and our design team rebuilds it for the method and the position — which usually means simplifying detail that would fill in at stitch scale.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. Order a small batch, wear one for a week and wash it, then scale up on the same spec — the crown depth and brim angle are recorded so a repeat matches.
